<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report m the Bnrean of Mince and state when work ie commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working wntinnously shall report on or before November 1 0[ each year, together
<br />with the namos of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the postoffice
<br />address, the name of the claim or claims m be operated; the name of tho cannty and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, trammere, tim-
<br />bermen, ore asaortexs, m3lhnea teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks m carry out the provisions of this eection
<br />shall be furnished upon application by the Commteeioner of M1nea.
<br />$acxroa 2{;. 9ny owner, agent, manager or lessee,whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a meml7iferoas mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a Sue of not leas than twenty-Sue dollaro ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (8900.00) for
<br />shall be deemed ateeparalte offense and punished acwrdingly,ion oY failure to comply with any provision hereof,
