<br />Sscrroa 20. That any owners person or. persons opemdng any memBlferoue mine, mill or motallmgicnl
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall report m the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines wor$ing continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, tbgether
<br />with the names oP the. owners and ma¢agere or leeeee in charge of eafd work, together with the postofiico
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims Go be operated; the name of the county an mining d(strict, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or iudlrectiy, the same being claseifled into miners, trnmmera, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aeeortere, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this eection
<br />shall be furnished upon applirstion by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />8scrroa 28. Any owner, agent, manager or leases, whether individnnl, partnership or corporation, opernting
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this elate, who fails to comply with the provisions herein eat
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed gailty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be liable to a fine oY not lase than twenty-flue dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars (8900.00) for
<br />each provision aoG complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
