<br />against this act, and, when not otberwiae provided, shell Ue liable to the pe~elty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act. or to a fine of sot lees than tweatyHve dollaro (695.00). nor more than three hundred dollar (6300.00), for
<br />each and every provision sot complied with, or both, et the discretion o[ the court.
