<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliteroue miue or mill in
<br />this state, who tails to comply with the provis,one herein set torlh, shall be deemed guilty o[ a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescnbed in section 11 of Lhie
<br />act. or to a tine of not lees than twentyflve dollars (d~.t10)• nor more than three hundred dollar (A700.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, et the discretion of the court.
