<br />=~ Sreonoa 20. Twenty-eecood: --That nay person or persons operatiog nay metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />employing flue or. more men, shall report the same to the Boreau of Mines and state when work ie rnm-
<br />menced sad when stopped, and mines working continaoasly shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owaere and maoagere or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postotHee address, the name of the claim or claims to be oppaaretod. the name o[ the county and mining district,
<br />together with the somber of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clem,fled into miners, tram-
<br />mare, timbermea, are aaeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry ont the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Dtinee.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any pereos, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating s metalliteroos mine or mill is
<br />this state, who tails to comply with the pmvieioae herein set forth, shall be deemed ~ailty of a misdemeanor
<br />against thin act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the pe~al~y prescnbed is section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a Hoe of not lees tban twenty-flue dollare (f6~.00). nor more than three hundred dbllare (iS300.00), tar
<br />each and every Provision not complied with, or both, at tho discretion of the court.
