<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or IDill in

<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, ghall bo liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 04 this
<br />act, or to n fine of not leas than twenty-five dollars (5•x.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00), for
<br />----- each and every provision not compfiod with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
