<br />menced and when stopped, end mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oL each year,
<br />together. with the names ot. the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetotfice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the wunty and mining district,
<br />together with the number otmen employed, drrectly or indirectly, the same being claseifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen,- oze. aseorters,. mill men, teamsters, eta .The necessary blanks to carry outahe provisions of _ .,
<br />-this section shall be 4urniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mina or mill in
<br />thin state, who.4aile to comply with the provieiove herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor -
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the ppenalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lase than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00}, for .
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
