<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliteroue mine or mill is
<br />thisetate, who failete comply with the provielone hezeineet forth, ehalL be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and,when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of thin
<br />act,cr to a fine of..aotleee than twenty-five dollars ($25.001, nor more than three hundred dollars (1;300.00), for
<br />esehand every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
