<br />L'~~y- - 9aoxiox 20. Twentyeecovd.-That any person. or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />employing five~~or more men, ehel] report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state whey work ie com-
<br />meaced. and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1. of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or. lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the came of the county and mining district.
<br />together with the number of men employod, directly or rndirectly, the same being cleeaified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aeaortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Miaee.
<br />Twentyseventh.-Aaypereon, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />1 this state, who tails to comply with the provimone herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars (826.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
