<br />` BEOxroN 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any metalliferous mind or mill .and
<br />tirimploying flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />- meaced and when stopped, sad mines working watinuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />. together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee m charge oY said work, together with the
<br />poato~ce addrene, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miaera, tram-
<br />. mere, timbermen, ore 'aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. Tha necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be tuzaiehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any peraoa, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill is
<br />this state, who tails to comply with tho provisions herein eat forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />r~' against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 04 this
<br />l act, or to a fine of not lase than twenty-five dollars (825.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />~-•' -each sad every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court. -
