<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall roport oa or be~oro December 1, of oac6 year,
<br />together with the names of the owners end managers or ]oesoe in charge ot.eaid work, together with the
<br />poetoffiee addrees, tho name of tho. claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />. together withthe number o4 men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram•
<br />mere, timbermea. ore aesortere, mill men, teamsters, otc. The aecoesary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines. ~ _ -
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mina or mill in
<br />this state„who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shalt be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor - -
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecribed in section 13~of thin
<br />set, or to a fine of not lone than twenty-fivo dollars (825.00), nor more thaD threo hundred dollars (8300.00), fox
<br />each and every provision net complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
