<br />' 9£mrzox-20. Twenty-second.-That any person or poreone operating any metalliferous mine or mill and -
<br />°employiug~8ve ox moro men; shall.report the same to the Bureau of Minos end efata when work ie'com•
<br />meaced:and.when stopped, and mines working continuously ehallreyort on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />.together with the aamee oP the owners and managers or lessee to charge of said work, together with the
<br />poatol$ce.addrees, the-name o[ the claim or claims to be operated, the name o[ the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miners, tram-
<br />. mere, timbermea, ore aeeortsre,. mill man, teamatere, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall lie furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner; agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliteroue mine or mill is
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor - -
<br />agaiaet this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 0[ this
<br />act, or to sfine of not lase than twenty-five dollars (825.00), nor morn than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion orthe court:
