<br />---~ menced and when stopped, a¢d mines working coatinvovslp shall report on ar before Decembor 1, of each year,
<br />together with tho names o4 the aw¢em and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetofbce address, the namo of the claim or claims to be Operated, tho ¢ame of tho county and mining district,
<br />,~ together with the number o4 men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tcam-
<br />mere, timbermen. ore -seeortere, mill men, teamatere, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out tho provieio¢e Ot
<br />this section shall be Yurnished upon application by the Commiseio¢er of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, aw¢er, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />'this state, who fails to comply with the provisions hetei¢ set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise Drovided. shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oP this
<br />act, or to a fine of not uy-nun uouarn.(uw,w~-non~~more than three hu¢dred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each andevery is~aot complied with, or both, at the diecretlon of the court.
