<br />menced and when. stopped, and mines working- continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />togetherwith the names ofthe owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with tho
<br />poetoffice address, the name oC the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miner& tram-
<br />. .mere,. timbermea,, ore. aesortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />thieeection shall be Tarnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-eeventh~ Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliteroue mine or mill in
<br />this state, who tails to comply with the provisions herein net forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this pact, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oP this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lase thantwenty-flue dollars ($25.00),.normore than three handfed dollars ($300.00),for
<br />' each sad-everyprovision:not wmplied with, or both, at the discretion oC the court:
