<br />meaced and When stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before Decembet 1, of each year,
<br />together with tho names- oP the-owners and .managers or lesseo rn charge of said work,_together with the
<br />postoffice address, -the name of the claim or claims to beoperated, the namo of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into minors, tram-
<br />. mars, timbermen, ore assorter& mill. men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any.pareon, owner, sgent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Eaile to comply with the provisiooe herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />againet~thie net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a Sue of .not. lase than twenty-five dollars{$25.00), nor morn than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
