<br />8scxtox 20. That any owner, person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />-- - - -- plant and employing two or more men shall report. to the Bureau of Mines and elate when work ie commenced
<br />and whe¢ stopped, add mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of ench year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or leases 1n charge of said work, together with the postoflice
<br />- address; tho name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />. barmen, ore aeeortera, millme¢ teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />--- shall bo furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Bacxrox 20. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
