<br />SseTlov 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliforovs mine or
<br />and employing 8ve or more men, shall report the snore to the Bnrean of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, sad mines working eoatinaonaly shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the ownem sad managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the Qostoffice address, the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county sad mining
<br />diatnct, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clasaifled into
<br />miners, trammere, timbermen, ore aseorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, managerorlessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this stato, who fails to comply with the provisions heroin set forth shall be deemed enitty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this acE, sad, when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section ].3 of this act, or to a flee of not less than twenty-five dollnre (~a,00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of Ehe court.
