<br />meuced and when stopped, and mines working conti~nuouely shall report on or before December 1, oL each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or leases in charge of said work; together with Ehe
<br />poetoffioe:addrese, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of thecouoty and mining dietribt, -
<br />- together with the somber of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified .into miners, tram -
<br />mers, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provieione of
<br />thiesection shall be 2urnished upon application by the Gommiseionerof Mince. ~ - _
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine ar mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provieione hereiD eat forth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when sot otherwise provided shall be liable to the penalty prescritsed in section 13 04 this-
<br />act, -or to a floe of sot lase than twenty-five dollars ($2b.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00 for
<br />- . ~ each apd every provision not complied with, ar both, at the. discretion of thecourt. ,-
