<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferose mine or mill in
<br />this state who fails to comply with the provis,one herein sot forth, shall 6e deemed gsilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to tho penalty preecr,berl io section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a 8ne of not lees than twenty-flue dollars (L"..fl.00}, nor more than three hundred dollaro (~.t)(1). for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the diecrotioo of the court.
