<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person. owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliterovs mine or mill is
<br />this state, who fail to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed ~trtlty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, sad, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecnbed in section 13 of thle
<br />act, or to a fine of not lees than twenty-flue dollars (8.00). nor more than three hundred dollar (A'1W.00), for
<br />each and every provision sot complied with, oc bulb, et the discretion of the court.
