<br />meuced and when stopped, and mines working wntinuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year, _
<br />-together with. the names oL the owners and managem or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postofltce addreas,the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with i~hs number of men employed, duectly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermen,.ore aseottete, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this sectiom.:hall be furnished uponepplication by the Commissioner of Mines.
