<br />together with -the mamas of the owners and managers ondeseee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />- poetoflice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesifled into miners, tcam-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aseorters, mill men, teamsters, et0. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oL
<br />- this section shall be 4urniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalli[eroue mine or mill in
<br />_ this state, Who tails to comply with the provtetone herein set forth, shall ba deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />-against this ant, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecribed in section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (&3(10.00), for
<br />_ each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the drscretion of the court.
