<br />Saorroa 20. Twenty-sawnd.-That any person or parsons operating any metalliterons mine or mill and ~~~~-
<br />amploying $ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />mearsd and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report ou or beforo December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or -lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to bs operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mars, timbaraien, ore aeaorters, null men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall ba tnraiehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-9ny parson, owner, agent, manager or lasses operating a metalliteroue mine or mill is
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall ba deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this ant, and when not otherwise provided, shall be Iia61e to the Nenalty prescribed is section 13 04 this
<br />act, ~or to a fine of not less then twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor morethan three hundred dottam (a3oo.o0l, for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
