Tho twelve mouths that havo elapsed since the last annual meeting of
the Stockholders has been n period of netive development work upon all of
the properties of the Company. The many important discoveries mado dur•
ing that time has brought the property up from a promising prospect to a
foremost position among the mines of the Cripple Creels District.
