<br />' Sarmroa 20. Twenty-second.-That any. person or ppersons operating any metalliferone mine or mill and
<br />employing flue or more men,. shall report tho same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com•
<br />meneed and whew stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on orbefore December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names ot. the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postof8ce address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being cleaeifled into miners, tram-
<br />mer&timbermen, ore aesortere, mill men, teamsters, eta The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commiesicner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metallitemus mina or mill in
<br />this state,who fails to comply with the. provierone herein set forth, shall be deemed gailty of a misdemeanor /
<br />agaiaat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for ,
<br />..each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court., i
