<br />poetofiice address.. the name of the claim or claims to beAperated, the name o4 the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oE.men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, oro aseortere, mill men, teamsters, eto. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of .. _

<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the provtsrone harem set forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lees than twenty-five doll¢rs (E?5.00), nor more than three hundred dollaxe ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. - - -
