<br />this section shall ba furnished upon application by the Commimioner of ildinea.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any perntoo, owner, agent, manager or ]emee operating a matalliferone mine or mill in
<br />this state, who faHa to comply with the provisions herein set forth, eball be deemed guilty of a miademeavor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecdbed in eoctiov 13 of this
<br />art, or to a fine of ant lees than twenty-flue dollars (8:5.00), nor more than three hundred doliere (8300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, nt the discretion of the court. -
