<br />moncod and whoa stopped, and minoa working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, togethax with the names of the owners uud managers or lessen in charge oY said work, together with
<br />the postoffiae address, the name of the claim or olaime to be operated, Ehe name of the county and msnmg
<br />diatrmt, togather with the number oY men amplayod, dirsetly or indirectly, the same being elassl0ed into
<br />miners, trammare, timbermon ore nseortera, msll men, teamsters, eto. The neoeseary binn a to enrry out
<br />the Provisions oY this section s7snll be Yurniahed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.

<br />dollars ($300,00), Yor each and Query provision not comphod with, ox both, at the discretion of the coast.
