<br />Twonty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or losses opernting a meEnlliferona mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fade to comply with the provlemne herein sot 4orth shall he deemed ggnuilly of a misde-
<br />mennor against this sat, and when not otherwrse provided, shall be ~inble to the pannlty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a ~tuo of not lass than Ewanty-flue dollars ($'a.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($30D.00), for onah and every provieiou not comphod with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
