<br />year, togother with the names o4 the owners and mauagura or lessee in charge oP said work, together with
<br />the poetotfloe address, the name oY the olaim or olaima to be operated, the name of the county nud mining
<br />distant, togother with thonumbor oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the enmo beingg classified into
<br />miners, trammera, timbermen, ore assortora, mdl men, tenmaters, eto, The necessary bin¢ks to carry out
<br />the provisions oP this section shall be furnished upon npplioation by the Commissioner oY Hlines.

<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions heroin set forth shall be deemed gquilty o4 a misde-
<br />meanor against Ehie cot, and when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty pprescribed in
