<br />p employing Svo or more mon, shall report the same to the Bureau oP Mines and state when work is com•
<br />_ -t.~+ meaced and when etppped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, 04 each year,
<br />together with the names of tbo owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with.the -
<br />poeto~ce eddrees, the namo oY the claim or elaime to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />_ _ __ _ _ ~ together with the number oP man employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clasail3ed into miners, tram-
<br />--, ` --'---- mere, timbermen, ore aseortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be Yurniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
