<br />BEOTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any pereaa or eraone operating any metalliferous mice grmill and i`~~
<br />employing fivo or more man, shall report the same to the Bureau oY Miaee and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously ehnll report on or before December 1, oY each year, _ -
<br />together with the names oY the owners and managers or]eesee in charge oP said work, together with the
<br />postoffiee address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name o4 the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbarmen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, ere. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this eeetion shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oY 141ines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any pexeon, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />thisetate, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set Porth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in eeetion 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine o4 not less than twenty-five dollars ($2u.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (3300.00), Por
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
