<br />moaced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oY each year; -~'. •~
<br />together with the names oY the owaere and manegare or lessee in charge of said work, together with the'" ;-~•
<br />postoffice addreee, the name of the claim or clnime to be operated, the name oP the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, duectly or iadiroctly, the same being clasei8ed into miners, tram- '
<br />mere, timbermen, ors assortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessaryblanka to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be Eurniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Ivfinee.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operflting a metalliPeroue mine or mill is ~
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein eet Yorth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor "
<br />against this act, sod, when not otherwise provided, shall ba liable to the paoalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a Hoe oP not lees than twenty-five dollars (S2~•00), nor more th¢n three hundred dollars (3300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the diecration oP the court.
