<br />employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of -4inee and state when work iecom-

<br />- together with the names of the owners end managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the -
<br />poatofflce address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining district, " ,
<br />-- -"---- _ together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram- -
<br />- mere, ttmbermen, ore aeeortere, mill man, teamsters, etc. Tha necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of -. = = ~
<br />this section shall be 4urniehed upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines. /

<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
