<br />l3aorrox 20. Twenty-eewnd. That any person or persons operating any metalliYerous mine or mill and
<br />employing five or more men, shell report the same to the Bureau oY Mines and state when work is com-.-
<br />meaced and wheu stopped, and mines worki¢g continuously shall report on or before Decemtlerl, oY each year, ~: -
<br />together with the names of the owners and managore or leaeea to charge of said work, together with the -
<br />poetoffice address, the name o4 tho claim or claims to ba operated. the name of the county a¢d mining district; ~ -
<br />together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions cP
<br />this section shall be 4uruiehed upon applicatio¢ by the Commissioner of Minas. ~ :'
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliYerove mrne or mill in
<br />this state, who fails to comply with the proviaione herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to tho penalty prescribed rn section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lees than twonty-five dollars (S9a•00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the dis¢retioa oP the court.
