<br />.9EOrI0N 20. Twenty~eecond.-That any person or porsone operating any metalliferous mine or mill and
<br />employing fivo or more men, shall report tho same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ~is com-'
<br />menced and when stopped, nod mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oP each year,
<br />together with the,namee oP the owners and managers or leases in charge oY said work, together with the
<br />postoffico address, the namo oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county agd mining district,
<br />together with the number o4 men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being cleseifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aesortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oE-Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who flails to comply with the provisions herein-set Porth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecnbed rn section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a find oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($26.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (,1300.00), for
<br />each and Query provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
