<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operatiog a metalliYeroue mina or mill in
<br />this state, who Yails to comply with the provieioae herein eat forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />agaiaat thin flat, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (S?a.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (300.00), Tor
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion o4 the court.
