<br />BEOTION 20. Twenty-aeeond.-That any person or persona operating any metalliferous mina or mill and "'
<br />employing five or more men, shall report tba same to the Buxesu of Minos and state when work ie com- ~:
<br />menced sod when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together withthe ....
<br />poatoffice address, the name o4 the claim or claims to be oRerated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aseorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be tarnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Yaile to comply with the provisions herein sot 4orth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall bs liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a floe oY not lees than twenty-five dollars ($25.00). nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Yor ,
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the chart.
