value. The entire stock being owned by edx persons.

RISTORY.
This dredge has dust'been completed and is one of the beet
arranged and most fully protected dredges In the state.
It is almost completely new, but some of the machinery
came from a dredge in tLag-pie Gulch, Montana.
It is thought that the 5 1/?, cu.ft. buckets now in use
will be increased to 7 cu.Pt. buakets in about ono years
time. Mr. Lafferty has ha8 20 years experience in flredge
work in the state of California.
TOPOGRAPHY.
Tho location of this property le in a flat valley section
of oountry and the altitude is about 10000 feet. The

The D. and R.G. Railroafl rune within a short flistance
of the flredge. Tha water used to flost the boat comes
from Halt idoon Creek.
