<br />tlECTIO:r 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or parsons operating any metallifemna mine or m
<br />and employing flue or more men, ehaU report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is eom-
<br />meaced and when stopped, and mines worlnng contiaaonely shall report on or before December 1 oP each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the coanty and mining
<br />distncE, together with the nnmber of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammera, timbermea, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry ont
<br />the Provisions of this section shall be farniahad npoa application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leaaee operating a metallifemns mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with also provisions herein net forth shall be deemed eailty of a misde- '
