<br />8&CTIOx Z0. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating nny metalliferous mine or
<br />and employing flue or more men, ahaD report the same to the Barean of ~fiaes aad state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, aad mines working contiaaoasly shall ro~ort on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee sn charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffioe address, the same of the claim or claims to be operated, the acme of the county aad mining
<br />diatnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the l%ommissioaer of hfines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror leases operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shaD be jiable to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section 13 oY this act, or to a 8ne of not less than twenty-five dollars{$?a.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300,00), for each and every provision aoE complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
