<br />sad employing five or more men, ahaII report the same to the Bnrean of Mines and state whey work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1 of each

<br />Lhe poatoffioe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the namo of the county and mining
<br />3LiT distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />• 1 tB miners, trammers, timbermea ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section s~mll be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth ahnll be deemed gmlty of a miade-
<br />meavor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a Hue of not leas than twenty-Hue dollnrs (~a.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. ~ -
