<br />SECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or pernons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing $ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of Mines sad elate whoa work is eom-
<br />meace and when stopped, sad miaes.working coatiaaously shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />1 _ year; together with the names of the owners and managers or lossee in charge of said work, toget~ler with ~-
<br />~; the ~oatoffice addrosa,~the name of the claim or claims tube operated, the name of the county sad mining
<br />,. dietnct, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classi$ed into
<br />,. miners, trammera, timbermen ore'assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary b1anL-s to carry out
<br />the provisions of. this section shall be famished apon application by the Commissioner oP bfines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner; agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmity of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a $ne of not less than twenty-five dollars ($'a.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300,00), For each and every provision not complied with; or both, at the discretion of the court. -
