<br />and omployiuq flue or more men, shall report the anmo to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />moneed and when stopped, and mines working continuously shell report on or bofaro December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and maungore or lassos in ehargo of said work, together with
<br />the postoffieo address, the namo of the nlmm or olnime to be operated, the nnmo of the county earl mmmq
<br />distant, togathor with tho numbor of men employed, directly or 1¢direotly, the came bemgkclassifled mto
<br />miners, trammere, timbermon, ore aesortere, mill moo, teamsters, sta. The necessary binn s to carry out
<br />rho provisions of this section shell be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of bhnes.
