<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working contiaaously shall report on or before December 1, of each j .,
<br />year, together with the games of the owners and managers or lessee In charge of~said work. together with
<br />the ~ostoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly. the same being classlfled into '~
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assortars, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out ~ I
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Cmmmissioaer of )yllnes. 1
<br />Twenty-seventh.-any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, mho fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty oP a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, aad, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-fits dollars 0"5.00), nor more Ehan three hundred

<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
