<br />SECTIOt7 20. Twenty-second.-That any Person or parsons operating any metalliferous mine or ill
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is co
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working contin¢onsly shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names o4 the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together Rith
<br />the postoffiee address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county sud mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or inchrectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions aY this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmlty of a.misde-
<br />meanor against this nut, and, when not othermse provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this set;~oi• to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($35.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
