<br />SECTION 7q. Twenty-second.-That any person or pemoas operating any metalliferous mine or
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of dines and stato when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oa or before December 1, oP each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners sad managers or lessee rn charge of said work, together with
<br />the Qostoffiae address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section s~lall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Dunes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-A.ny person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty oY a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not othermse provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this set, of to a fine of not leas than twenty-five dollars ($-at-.00), nor more Shan three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
