<br />HECTIOY 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or ppersons operating any metalliferous mine or tD
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrenn of dunes and state when work rs com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continao¢sly shnll report oa or before December 1, oY each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea ore assorters, mtll men, teamsters, etc. The aeceasary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section s~all be faraished upon application by the Commissioner of dfines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gailty oP a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 oP thin net, or to a fine of not leas than twenty-five dollars ($'30.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
