<br />SECTION ~. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or sD
<br />sad employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau o4 Dlines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mixes working coatinnoasly shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with
<br />the postoSrce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />misers, trammers, timbermea, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of ffiines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating s metnlliferons mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-fica dollars ($`x.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and ecery provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
