<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when atopped,and mines working continuously shall reQort on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the namee of the owners and managers or lessee m oharge of said work, together with ... -.

<br />distnat, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into

<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalli4erons mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed ga~Ity o4 a misde-
<br />meanor against this set, and, when not otherwise provided; shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not leas than twenty-fivedollare ($~.OD), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision-not complied with; or both, at the discretion bf tliecourt.'
